* Guaranteed volumes and supply continuity (Zero Out-of-Stock) Our large-scale production capacity minimises the risk of out-of-stock situations on shelf. We reliably manage both promotional peaks and ongoing volumes for Modern Retail and Foodservice partners.
* Production flexibility and differentiation. Rely on our team to develop custom recipes and formats that are scalable and tailored to your price positioning. Our production capabilities range from classic 80 × 40 cm tray-baked focaccia to snack-sized Focaccia Bites and naturally leavened, hand-stretched and scored breadsticks.
* Optimised shelf life. We reduce in-store waste by using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). Our PET tray and paper tray with film solutions protect the product and extend its shelf life: from 60–90 days for Soft Focaccia to up to 120 days for snacks and Crunchy Focaccia.
* Food Safety (Protecting Your Brand). 100% of our processes are monitored under rigorous HACCP protocols. We are proud to operate in accordance with the highest international GFSI-recognised standards, with BRCGS and IFS certification.
