THE HEART OF OUR PRODUCTION
Genoese focaccia, made to traditional recipes
Our focaccia traces its roots back to the Middle Ages, when it was the ideal companion for travellers and
fishermen on long journeys. Today, we still prepare it using
traditional methods and simple ingredients: olive oil and wheat flour.
No animal fats, no preservatives, no additives.

A traditional Ligurian speciality, known locally as Fügassa. Thanks to next-generation production facilities, we combine industrial efficiency with artisanal craftsmanship to consistently deliver
